Geartide is a watch repair and restoration workshop located at 88 Chang Klan Road, Chang Khlan, Chiang Mai 50100, Thailand. We operate as the data controller for personal information collected through this website and through direct client communications. Correspondence related to active service work is retained for the duration of that work plus six months. Tax and financial records are retained for the period required under Thai law (currently seven years).

Personal data stored on our systems is held on password-protected devices with restricted access. Email communications are transmitted via encrypted connections where supported. We conduct periodic reviews of stored data to remove information no longer needed. In the event of a data breach that affects your rights, we will notify you in accordance with our obligations under the PDPA.
